For airport pickups, we monitor your flight number in real time. If your arrival is delayed, our chauffeur will adjust accordingly at no extra cost within the standard waiting allowance. If the delay extends beyond the included waiting time, additional charges may apply.
Our chauffeur will always wait for you, regardless of delays. We understand that customs and baggage procedures can take time, so there are no additional waiting charges for airport pickups. Your driver will monitor your flight and remain on standby until you’re ready to depart, ensuring a stress-free arrival experience.
Yes — we serve all major airports (including Belgrade Nikola Tesla), and major cities and resorts around Serbia. If you need pickup from a smaller airfield or remote location, please mention that at booking so we can check feasibility and any additional cost.
We maintain a fleet of luxury sedans, SUVs and minibuses to suit different needs — from individual airport transfers to group excursions or corporate transfers. If you need a specific model or class (e.g., for VIPs, events, or equipment), please specify at time of booking.
Yes. Our chauffeurs are experienced, professionally trained and many speak English (and/or additional languages) to ensure smooth communication. They are well-acquainted with Belgrade, regional destinations and VIP service protocol.
Yes — our quoted prices include standard charges such as vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls (where applicable), unless otherwise noted. Additional costs (such as extraordinary waiting time, parking fees, heavy traffic surcharges or remote-location access) will be disclosed at time of booking or via separate add-ons.
We allow changes or cancellations up to [X] hours before the scheduled pickup (please specify your own threshold). For airport and event bookings we may require a longer notice. Any cancellation fees or retention of deposit will be clearly explained at booking.
For hourly or on-demand bookings, you hire the vehicle and driver for a set number of hours. During this time you can make multiple stops, meetings, trips around the city or region. The rate covers the standby time, and we track mileage/stops as agreed.
Absolutely. We offer scheduled chauffeur services for daily commutes, regular meetings or longer-term arrangements. You’ll have the same driver or team each day (where possible), ensuring reliability, comfort and consistency.
Yes — we offer private city tours, full-day regional trips (such as to Novi Sad, Fruška Gora, Kopaonik, Zlatibor) and custom itinerary excursions. Clients can choose the route, duration and stops, and our chauffeur will manage the drive so you can relax and enjoy.
In most hourly/on-demand or excursion bookings you can adjust route or stopping points subject to the allocated time limit and vehicle availability. For fixed-price transfers (e.g., airport to hotel) major deviations may incur additional charges — always ask for confirmation.
We provide 24/7 customer support. At booking time you’ll receive a contact number for the chauffeur as well as our office. Any issues (driver delay, vehicle problem, change of schedule) should be reported as soon as possible so we can respond quickly.
For airport arrivals we provide a meet & greet service: the chauffeur will wait in the arrival hall (or designated meeting point) with your name board, assist with luggage and help you to the vehicle. If you have VIP or special-event requirements (security, blackout vehicle, group transport) please let us know at booking.

Out-of-city or full-day trips are usually calculated as a flat daily rate (vehicle + driver + mileage/time), plus any tolls/ferry fees/parking if applicable. We will provide a detailed quote based on your itinerary when you book.
Airport transfers: fixed pickup, direct point-to-point transfer (airport-hotel, etc.).
City tours: driver takes you on a tailored route to see landmarks, you choose stops.
Hourly/on-demand service: you hire the driver for a block of time and he / she remains available, stops where you like, as you go.

We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers and a company invoice option for business clients. We can also arrange payment in advance for VIP or long-term bookings. The payment policy will be explained at booking.
