Raven Enterprises (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides luxury car and limousine rental services in Belgrade, Serbia. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available for our services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pick-up will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up or no-shows will not receive any refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to office@ravenenterprises.rs and are effective only upon our confirmation.

2. Cancellation or Changes by Us

If we cancel your booking due to vehicle unavailability, maintenance issues, force majeure, or any other reason beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible and process the refund within 7 business days.

3. Service Interruptions and Refunds During Rental

If a rental is interrupted due to vehicle breakdown or our fault, we will provide a replacement vehicle when possible. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the rental. Refunds for interruptions caused by customer actions, traffic, weather, or third-party issues are not provided.

4. Payment and Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider but typically take 5 to 10 business days after approval. We do not charge additional fees for processing refunds, but third-party fees may apply and are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Special Conditions

Additional services such as chauffeur overtime, extra mileage, cleaning fees for excessive dirt or damage, fuel surcharges, or tolls are non-refundable once incurred. Deposits for potential damages are fully refundable within 48 hours after vehicle return if no damage or policy violation is found.
