Raven Enterprises (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates luxury car and limousine rental services in Belgrade, Serbia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our vehicles, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or email and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. A valid driver’s license, ID/passport, and minimum age of 21 (25 for certain luxury vehicles) are required at pick-up. Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same requirements.
2. Rental Period and Vehicle Use
The rental period begins at the scheduled pick-up time and ends at drop-off. Late returns may incur additional charges at the hourly rate. Vehicles must be used only on public roads within Serbia unless cross-border travel is pre-approved in writing. The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, parking fees, and fuel. Smoking, pets (except service animals), and transporting prohibited items are strictly forbidden. Any damage, excessive wear, or cleaning required will be charged to the renter.
3. Insurance and Liability
All vehicles include basic third-party liability insurance as required by Serbian law. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included but subject to an excess deductible (amount specified at booking). The renter is fully liable for damage caused by negligence, unauthorized drivers, or violation of these terms. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Personal accident insurance is available as an optional extra.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Changes to bookings (date, time, vehicle) are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees. No-shows forfeit the full payment. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure, vehicle unavailability, or suspected fraud, with full refund or rescheduling offered.
5. Chauffeur Services and Conduct
When chauffeur service is included, the driver reserves the right to refuse unsafe or illegal requests. Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow the driver’s reasonable instructions. Disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund. The chauffeur may wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time; additional waiting is charged per hour.
6. Privacy, Governing Law, and Contact
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts in Belgrade. For questions, modifications, or support,
